In collaboration with Bridgestone, Robert Bernard will give 325 new snowsuits to children aged 5 to 12 in the Estrie region through the Christian Vachon Foundation.

It was therefore on Wednesday, October 17, that the distribution of these snowsuits was made to 65 schools sponsored by the Christian Vachon Foundation within the Commission Scolaire des Sommets, the Commission Scolaire des Hauts-Cantons as well as then the Eastern Township School Board. Without the active involvement and commitment of these school boards, this initiative would have been impossible.

“Robert Bernard has always been concerned and sensitive to improving the quality of life of children living in his community. With now 3 branches in the Sherbrooke region, we want to get more involved”, explains Pierre Beauregard, General Manager at Robert Bernard.

“This year, more than 800 snowsuits will be distributed in Quebec to children aged between 12 months and 14 years old. We would like to thank our collaborator Bridgestone for his support in this social involvement”, mentions Katrine Scott, Marketing Director.

“This partnership is very important to us. Each year, the Christian Vachon Foundation mobilizes significant sums for the purchase of snowsuits as the winter season approaches. Thanks to this great collaboration, the Foundation will be able to recover these uninvested sums to support even more projects in academic success ”, says Christian Vachon, President of the Christian Vachon Foundation.

“We hope that this project will be promising and that it will be able to grow even more in the coming years,” says Véronique Rodrigue, General Manager at the Christian Vachon Foundation.
