The 2016 edition of the Memphré challenge will be held on Saturday, May 14 to support the Christian Vachon Foundation.

The Memphré challenge is a non-profit event and all proceeds will go directly to help local primary school children (low-income families) who have learning difficulties or are gifted to access educational services adapted to their needs. In Quebec, one in four children has learning disabilities, which is a major factor leading to school dropout. The Estrie region is particularly affected by the abandonment of secondary studies, despite the measures taken at this level.
We organize this race for the Christian Vachon Foundation, whose mission is to support perseverance and educational success by giving all young people an equal opportunity to have access to this success, regardless of their situation. All members of the organizing committee, including the race director, are volunteers and all proceeds go to the Christian Vachon Foundation.
